Learn to Draw your Horse with Pastel
Although this online course assumes you have some prior drawing experience, it does not require any experience of using pastel. It is ideal as a follow on course from either Learn to Draw your Horse or Learn to Draw your Dog.
Pastel is a wonderfully versatile medium. With pastel you can add the finest detail and achieve a level of realism to rival any painting medium, or its excellent blending abilities can capture colour, light or movement beautifully. Being composed of pure-powdered pigment bound together means that pastel colour can be incredibly vibrant, while also being perfectly suited to creating delicate subtlety.
With one on one tuition and feedback, this course aims to show you the potential of pastel, to teach pastel drawing in an encouraging and actionable way and to find and develop your own style. I hope that this course will teach you not only to draw your horse, but will also give you the skills and the will to carry on drawing with pastel long term.
The start date is May 19th. As with Learn to Draw your Dog and Learn to Draw your Dog this course is based on one on one feedback and support, so again numbers are strictly limited.
